Across America—and around the globe—folks are loudly speaking out against Trump, and pushing back against his tyranny.

Yesterday, President Zelensky swiftly rejected Trump’s obscene demand for half of Ukraine’s mineral resources, saying: “These resources, this is not mine, but our people’s.”

Pope Francis went after Trump’s inhumane deportation plans, calling them a “violation of the dignity of many men and women, and entire families.” The Pope also appeared to rebuke JD Vance directly—for wrongly citing the Bible to defend their awful immigration policies.

Also, Democratic Rep. Jason Crow is in Munich, because he refuses “to let Vance and Hegseth be the voice of America to the world.” I’m glad he’s there.

Back in the states, Pete Buttigieg hammered Elon Musk’s DOGE for leaking sensitive data via their website, stating: “Incompetence in Washington puts every American at risk, no matter how you voted.”

Buttigieg, who is seriously considering a run for the Senate in Michigan, also tore into the administration for “accidentally” firing the folks who manage America’s nuclear weapons. Pete called it “even worse incompetence,” and a “shockingly sloppy episode.”

Former GOP Chair and MSNBC host Michael Steele shredded Republicans on Saturday, for allowing Trump to give Elon Musk “absolute” power: “I’d just like to see somebody wake the hell up and get excited about the fact that your country is under assault!”

And AOC is refusing to back down to Trump’s border lapdog Tom Homan, who acted like she could be put in prison for educating immigrants about their rights.

AOC recommended he learn how to read, especially the Constitution, before telling Fox “News” Digital: “Since Mr. Homan seems to be vaguely familiar with U.S. immigration law, we also remind him…becoming undocumented in the US is a civil offense, and not a criminal one.”

Lastly, tomorrow is being dubbed “Not My Presidents Day,” with peaceful rallies and protests planned at all 50 state capitals, and in DC. It should be the biggest anti-Trump turnout to date.

I missed this list of positive news from yesterday:

From the streets to the courts—in all 50 states and even in Europe—folks are rising up to fight back against Donald’s tyranny.

On Friday, there was a “Stop the Coup” rally in Boston with close to a thousand people. People also gathered at the Stonewall National Monument in NYC, to protest Trump’s cruel anti-LGBTQ+ actions.

There are anti-Trump protests planned at every state capitol on Monday, called “Not My Presidents Day.” This is via the same organizers of the 50501 Movement, and it’s expected to have huge turnouts.

Also on Friday, a federal judge extended the temporary block of DOGE from accessing our Treasury’s payment systems. In addition, the Inspector General for the Treasury launched an audit of DOGE’s unlawful access.

After an emergency court challenge, the Trump Administration was forced to halt firings from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

At the high-stakes Munich security conference, JD Vance was lambasted for his rant, which sounded like it was written by Putin himself. Vance scolded and turned on our allies, downplaying the threat of Russia, and accusing European leaders of suppressing freedom.

German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius got a roaring applause when he attacked JD‘s undemocratic talk, calling it “not acceptable.” German Chancellor Olaf Scholz responded to Vance, saying, “We will decide for ourselves what happens to our democracy.”

Defense Sec. Hegseth got badly roasted for saying a return to Ukraine’s borders before Russia’s invasion was “unrealistic.” Hegseth was forced to walk back his comments saying, “everything is on the table.”

But even GOP Sen. Wicker—who ushered Hegseth’s confirmation through—called it a “rookie mistake,” and said that he was “puzzled” and “disturbed” by it.

“I don’t know who wrote the speech—it is the kind of thing Tucker Carlson could have written, and Carlson is a fool,” Wicker stated. That’s great to see, but Wicker owns anything Hegseth does forever.

Lastly, AOC brutally mocked border czar Tom Homan this week, who had threatened her with potential prosecution. AOC wrote: “MaYbe shE’s goiNg to be in TroUble nOw,” then replied: “Maybe he can learn to read. The Constitution would be a good place to start.”
