These sites have good ideas for scripts and contacts when calling or writing your reps.
Indivisible https://indivisible.org
and
5 Calls https://5calls.org
I’ve heard of the 5 Calls app. Apparently, it’s very helpful and provides names, phone numbers, scripts for various topics. The app even dials the number for you. The recommendation is to address no more than two topics per call. Sounds like a fun app to use every day while enjoying a coffee or tea!
Also, don’t just contact Democrats. Call all senators and house reps in all states. Explain that you’re a constituent and that you want them to stop the attacks on the constitution.
Great advice about calling both Dems and Republicans. It might be most important to contact Republicans as they are the party that has no spine and hold the majority of the votes.
