Three Pines Event

Backyard haircut day a la Louise Penny Theme. To stave off the sadness of no new book for Christmas, we decided to have our own Three Pines event. Keeping with Quebecois cuisine, the buffet menu is found in the first comment. The day was a reminder of gatherings at Clara’s house when everyone has a part and thoroughly enjoys the food and fun. Thank you for the inspiration, Louise!

Buffet menu: pork pie with gravy or caramelized onion mustard, Shepherd’s Pie, baguette, brie, Camembert, sliced tomatoes, grapes, Molson XXX, Menage a Trois wine, Cafe Au Lait, Three Pines cake and cupcakes and mini Madeleines.
