Black Forest Cake is my favourite. I just love the combination of light whip cream, kirsch cherries and chocolate. So light. So delicious.

I loved this dessert too! The pina colada was a creamy, light, mousse-like deliciousness that brought me right back to sipping the little umbrella adorned drink by the pool in Hawaii. The inner layer of pineapple compote balanced out the sweetness of the outer layer. But the coconut crunch was my favourite part. I could eat that cool, crunchy, coconut flavoured layer all day.
